02How it works
Pro Vitality is four formulas in one packet, each standing in for a food group most people under-eat: whole grains, fruits and vegetables, fish, and a vitamin–mineral base.
NeoLife points to the gap it is built for with two public sources: the Dietary Guidelines for Americans report that almost 90% of Americans don't meet the vegetable recommendation and 98% don't meet it for whole grains, and a 2022 study found ultra-processed foods make up 57% of the calories in the typical American diet.

03The research
Carotenoids and immune-cell response
IndependentUS Department of Agriculture, Beltsville Human Nutrition Research Center
9 women · 120 days · low-carotene diet, then a carotenoid complex added for the last 20 days
- ↓
- Lymphocyte response fellon the low-carotene diet (days 60 and 100)
- ↑
- Recovered above day 1after 20 days with the carotenoid complex
Low-dose beta-carotene alone did not restore the response. Adding a mixed carotenoid complex from vegetables did. NeoLife reports this as “boosts overall immune function* by 37% in just 20 days,” measured against the depleted low-carotene baseline, not against a normal diet.
What it doesn’t showNine people, all women, in a controlled-diet study. It measured how blood cells respond in a lab test — not whether anyone got sick less often.
Do the carotenoids reach the blood?
Run by NeoLifeNeo-Life Company of America (NeoLife’s own researchers)
11 people · 2 weeks on a low-carotenoid diet, then 4 weeks with a natural carotenoid supplement
- ~60%
- of baselineblood carotenoids after 2 weeks of low-carotenoid eating
- 1 week
- back to baselinealpha- and beta-carotene, once supplementation started
By the end of four weeks, alpha- and beta-carotene were significantly above their starting values. Lycopene rose only slightly, and blood lipids did not change.
What it doesn’t showRun by NeoLife’s own researchers, with eleven people. It shows the carotenoids are absorbed — it does not measure any health outcome.
NeoLife’s current documents cite no study of Tre-en-en on its own, so there isn’t one here. And the omega-3 study below used 1,070 mg a day — a full Omega-3 Plus serving. One Pro Vitality packet has 383 mg.
Contains soy, wheat and fish. Contains iron — keep out of reach of children.
